Tasks & responsibilities 工作內容及職責
Provide professional customer service at stores
以專業態度在店鋪為顧客提供服務
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints, while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards
處理顧客的詢問或投訴，使顧客滿意並符合公司標準
Actively promote and present products following company standard techniques and advices
按照公司標準技巧和建議去積極推廣和介紹產品
Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
有效率且準確地處理各項銷售交易
Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising
確保高水準的商品展示設計
Place and follow up orders, including special orders
下訂單並跟進訂單和特殊訂單
Participate in stocktaking and goods receiving at stores as directed
依照指示參與店舖的盤點和收貨工作
Support the Shop Manager in achieving sales targets
協助店鋪經理達成銷售目標
Maintain high levels of product knowledge by studying updated product information and attending relevant courses and visits as directed
學習最新的產品資訊、根據指示參加課程和考察，確保充分掌握關於產品方面的知識
Qualifications & experience 資歷及經驗
Prior experience in a retail environment or service role
具有在零售環境或服務職位工作的經驗
Excellent oral communication skills in Cantonese; basic Mandarin and English is a plus
流利的廣東話口語溝通能力；懂基本普通話和英語者優先考慮
High level of proficiency in selling skills
具備熟練銷售技巧
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel at a basic skill level
具備Microsoft Word、Outlook 和 Excel 基本應用技能
Interest in cooking is a plus
對烹飪有興趣者優先考慮
