Main Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for administrative and related clerical tasks, such as data entry, processing and preparing client documents, contacting existing clients, posting job advertisements, arranging interviews, accompanying supervisors to client meetings, and completing assisting tasks as instructed by supervisors.
Position Requirements:
• DSE (Diploma of Secondary Education) with Level 2 or above in five subjects, including Chinese or English and Mathematics (higher education graduates preferred).
• Good writing skills in Chinese and English.
• Basic computer software skills, including Word and Excel.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated.
• Good communication skills.
• Responsible with good time management abilities.
• Polite and courteous.
• Ability to work independently.
Salary: $17,000 - $50,000
