Accounting Officer
Senior Accounting Officer
Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts including A/P, A/R, general ledger, accounts and daily routine accounting duties
Responsible for bank reconciliation, fixed assets register, accruals and on time month-end closing
Work with internal colleagues and vendors to ensure all documents are in order for payment processing, queries and issues are resolved in timely manner
Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and schedules
Responsible for annual audit and tax filing
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline
Minimum 3 years solid experience in Accounting, preferable in retail or FMCG industry is an advantage
Responsible, detail minded, well-organized & able to meet tight schedules,
Proficiency in MS Office applications, knowledge in XERO / SAP will be an advantage
Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Senior Accounting Officer
Immediate availability is highly preferred
