Supply Chain Executive
Job Descriptions
Support the Supply Chain affairs such as Inventory Control, Stock Allocation, Delivery, Shipping Arrangement and Customer Enquiry to ensure the supply chain programs are properly implement and executed
Monitor the daily operation of the 3PL provider (inbound and outbound) to optimize the full cycle of stock flow from Warehouse to Stores and customers
Handle full set import and export shipping documents, banking documents, Import & export declaration
Maintain monthly logistic statistics and reports
Responsible for the entire logistics, warehousing, retail distribution and end-to-end supply chain requirements
Work closely with internal parties and perform daily operation from order processing to stock allocation
Conducting analysis and reports on inventory planning results
Requirements
University graduate, preferred logistics or supply chain discipline
3-4 years relevant working experiences, 3rd party logistics company working experience will be also considered
In-house experience in FMCG, retail industry, e-commerce, SAP and POS systems is an advantage
Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel) with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Excellence analytic skill and sensitive with numbers
Excellence communication skill
Immediately available is highly preferred
Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Supply Chain Officer
