負責於日式菜館烹調菜式；預備食材；採購食材，監控食材庫存；編訂餐單和設計菜式；監控食物品質及環境衛生；安排人手調配及培訓員工；管理廚房之運作；協助其他廚務。

入職要求：小六學歷程度、一年相關工作經驗(不需技能測試)
上班時間：需輪班工作，每週工作6天，每天工作9小時
11:00-21:00(包括用膳/休息時間1小時)或12:00-22:00(包括用膳/休息時間1小時)或12:30-22:30(包括用膳/休息時間1小時)
語文要求：會話 - 一般粵語，無需英文；讀寫 - 一般中文，無需英文。
薪金：每月$18,820(不包括超時工資)。
