I.T. Support (Welcome Fresh graduate)
Job Description
Provide tier 1 technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware and network
Coordinate with head quarter’s IT team to maintain and build up a in house system
Follow up with users to ensure the issue has been resolved
Coordinate with external vendors on application software inquiries and maintenance
Provide standby support on ad hoc issue
Requirements
Diploma holder in Information Services or related disciplines
1 - 3 year working experience on IT Services or Engineering would be advantage
Good problem-solving skills and independent
Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Server, Microsoft Office and Windows Application
Good command of spoken Mandarin is a plus

Operations Executive (Welcome Fresh graduate)
Job Description
Assist to handle daily operational matters including operations coordination, reporting, filing and documentation
Provide secretarial and administrative support to Management
Co-ordinate meetings and appointments
Prepare reports and presentation materials
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree holder in administrative or related disciplines
At least 1 year of experience in administrative or operations duties, preferably in retail industry
Proficient in MS Word, Excel (V Lookup & Pivot Table), PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Good coordination, interpersonal skills and detail-oriented
Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin
Fresh graduates will be considered

工作範疇

建立並維繫良好客戶關係
協助店舖處理日常運作包括店舖陳列、倉存整理及盤點等工作
合約期直到2023年5月30日,需輪班工作,一星期最少可以工作三天
職位要求
具零售工作經驗優先
個性開朗積極、熱情有禮、擁有團隊合作精神
富有責任感及擁有良好人際溝通技巧
流利廣東話,良好英語及普通話
工作地點: 銅鑼灣SOGO
**合約期內設有出勤獎金制度
