Retail Shop Manager 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Store operations and daily administrative support arrangement

Handling retail sales reports and analysis data & customers spending trend 

Evaluate colleagues working abilities and coaching

Work closely with Shop Managers on leading staffs to achieve shop target and incentives

Evaluate colleagues working abilities and coaching

Co-ordinate with retail shops and team departments to monitor their performance regularly 

Conduct a monthly meeting with Shop teams to lead and motivate them to achieve company objective 

At least 2 years of experience in supporting level  

Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Experiences:

Degree holder in Business & Retailing or related disciplines

3-5 years’ experience in retail industry with experience in managing lifestyle/luxury store will be an advantage  

Excellent communication with problem solving skills

Good operations skill & experience in store administrative arrangement

Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Supervisor & Senior Sales Advisor (Luxury Retail)

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Sales Targets Achievement:

Achieve sales target / goal and KPI through the aggressive sales approach, enhance and develop business opportunities

Adapts according to clients’ needs and motivations

Deals with ease during negotiations and objections

Meets individual and Store targets, both quantitative and qualitative

Service Excellence & Clienteling:

Provide a premium customer service and maintain an exclusive relationship to our valuable clients

Collect and analyze customer information and marketing data and provide regular feedback to the Company.

Strong sense in CRM, capture all customer data in support of building and developing a strong database to obtain customer feedback

Strengthen and develop relationships with existing clients to establish trust and develop strong business relationships

Store Operations:

Assist in the day-to-day operation activities in the store to ensure store is properly maintained

Assist in stock take and monthly audit checklist

Participates and maintain proper visual merchandising according to corporate standards

Maintain security standards within the store to ensure safety of customers, colleagues and to protect our assets through appropriate care and handling of merchandise

Complete daily tasks such as product display, store operations, and customer management under the guidance of the store manager

Respects and follows the Company’s all the policies and procedures

Assists with special projects when requested

Experiences:

Minimum of 2 years or above sales experience in fashion / jewelry / accessories retail with prior working experience of luxury retail industry

Strong sense of luxury service with excellent clienteling skills

Excellent interpersonal, communication and client relations skills

Sincere, self-motivated, adaptable to changes proactive, multi-tasking with good interpersonal skills and attentive to details

Passionate in retail or service-oriented industry

Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Other languages are advantageous

Candidates with more experience may be considered as Supervisor.
