Job Overview
This role is all about keeping our tech running smoothly. You’ll be our go-to person for maintaining our computer systems, troubleshooting problems, and making sure everything works as it should.
What You’ll Do
- Handle computer operation duties such as trouble-shooting, PC operation, etc.
- Perform help desk support queries and computer operation duties for end users
- To prepare, install and manage equipment such as desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and audio/ visual equipment
- Provide an excellent level of IT support to all business units
- Manage application and licenses assignment
- Permission allocation and access maintenance
- Data Management, house keeping and archiving
What are we looking for:
- Degree holder in IT discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT operations
- Working knowledge in configuration and support of Windows 11 and MAC IOS
- Strong analytical and problem resolving skill with good sense of risk management
- Good command of written and spoken English, MANDARIN and Cantonese
- Be able to learn on the job
